Breaking News Level 8 Wizard Tower

As we have seen, the new update brings a lot of new content to clash of clans. We have the level 6 wizard, the new results screen, the 3 new challenges, and a league reward increase. Hidden under the clouds though, is a level 8 wizard tower. In the picture where they showed us the increase in league bonuses we can barely see a level 8 wizard tower. We also see a level 10 town hall which means it will probably only be available for town hall 10's. This is kind of a disappointment as i have a long way to go before i can reach town hall 10.
